River Ridge CDD elects officers, adopts Resolution 2025-02

The River Ridge Community Development District board adopted Resolution 2025-02 on Nov. 19, 2024, formally electing Bob Schultz as chair and confirming Terry Mountford as vice chair and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries.
"Mr. Mountford nominated the following: Bob Schultz Chair, Terry Mountford Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal Assistant Secretary, Robert Twombly Assistant Secretary, Keith Merrill Assistant Secretary," the record shows. On a motion by Terry Mountford and second by Kurt Blumenthal, the resolution was adopted with all in favor.
The newly elected officers will serve under the terms and procedures set out by the district. Mrs. Adams noted that prior appointments (including Chesley "Chuck" Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer) remain in place unless otherwise changed by the board. The change takes effect according to the resolution's provisions.
