On June 16, 2026, the Vernon County Finance Committee voted to have Schneider Electric prepare detailed project proposals pegged to an overall budget target of $3,000,000. The motion, moved by Supervisor Pedretti and seconded by Supervisor Walleser, carried on a voice vote with all members present voting in favor.
