The Ayer Conservation Commission on July 23 voted to issue a Negative Determination of Applicability for the Barnum Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project, clearing the way for the town to pursue concrete repairs, corrosion mitigation and bank stabilization next construction season. Member John Schmalenberger moved for the negative determination; the motion carried and the chair signed the record.
