The Selectboard spent a portion of the April 18 session reviewing organizational structure, staffing levels, compensation and job descriptions to ensure the town has the capacity to complete planned projects. Town Manager Karen Astley led the discussion and framed the conversation by asking members why they had run for the board; the minutes record several responses, summarized as "no one was running and because they wanted to make a difference."
