Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki briefed the Commission about Tom Scott’s upcoming subdivision permit application and said a concern about the parcel’s current use came up during a preliminary review. John Roe noted that, in addition to the use question, "more research into the roads leading to the parcel was needed" to establish a proper subdivision proposal.
