Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki briefed the Commission on Joe Griffo’s subdivision permit application and said the filing has come together in an "out-of-order" way that created confusion. Alexandra told commissioners that access to one of the proposed subdivided lots is the principal issue identified during her recent meeting with Griffo’s representative, Joe Honkala.
Chair John Roe assigned Alexandra to compile the Commission’s initial concerns and report them to Griffo and Honkala so the applicants can determine next steps. The Commission did not take formal action; staff follow-up was directed as the next step.
