Commission defers boundary line adjustment language to next revision session

During a page-by-page review of the Subdivision Regulations on Nov. 22, commission members debated the placement and wording of the exemption and boundary line adjustment provisions. Alexandra Babicki noted the commission had tentatively decided boundary line adjustments would have a separate section identified as Section 209.
The group agreed to defer most boundary line adjustment edits to the next revision session so Chair John Roe could type up and circulate materials discussed at the Oct. 14, 2025 meeting. No formal vote occurred; the item was left for additional research and a subsequent session.
