“Should responses submitted that final week of the questionnaire reflect version 2 or version 1?” Morton asked, noting that version 2 was expected to be released a few days before the questionnaire closed. He also asked staff to confirm that the "significant tree" threshold in the Tree Code will be checked against the Shoreline Master Program definition to avoid inconsistent permitting outcomes, and requested worked examples showing before-and-after credit calculations for heavily treed lots so property owners can understand actual impacts rather than formulas alone.
