The Midvale Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend a text amendment to Section 17-4-1 of the Midvale Municipal Code allowing the City Council to determine the Planning Commission stipend. Staff advised that the amendment meets all four criteria for zoning-code amendments, including clarifying who approves stipend levels and aligning code with current practice.
