State Highway Administration flags possible plan modifications when access permit is submitted
SHA expressed no objection to the current site plan for 1803 Harford Road but warned that the plan provides "little detail" about improvements in the SHA right of way and that detailed comments — possibly requiring plan changes — will follow when an access permit is submitted.

The State Highway Administration told the Development Advisory Committee it had "no objection to plan approval" based on the information shown, but noted the plan contains limited detail about any proposed improvements within SHA right of way, including whether the property will use a dedicated driveway or shared frontage. Crysta Draayer read the SHA comment and cautioned that when the applicant submits access permit plans to SHA, "detailed comments regarding the improvements will be provided which could result in modifications to the plan."
