Board approves wage increases after closed session; workers' comp carrier being replaced
Following a closed-session discussion on employee promotion/compensation the board approved wage increases for village and library employees. Separately, West Bend will not renew the workers' compensation pool policy and Tricor is seeking a replacement carrier.

The board entered closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85 to consider promotion, compensation, or performance matters for public employees, then reconvened to open session and approved wage increases for village and library employees as recommended during closed session. The motion to adopt the wage increases passed with all trustees in favor.
