The board voted to delegate a set of routine administrative authorities to the superintendent and business administrator for 07/01/2026–06/30/2027. Delegated powers include signing certified payrolls, approving staff attendance at conferences and workshops, applying for state and federal grants, signing federal certifications, executing annually renewed contracts and making budget transfers up to $25,000.
