Board adopts resolution approving BCA Joint Powers Agreements

County Attorney Nick Anderson told the board Cottonwood County has participated in the BCA Joint Powers Agreements and presented the agreements and the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment for the Attorney’s and Sheriff’s offices. He asked the board to adopt a resolution allowing the chairman to sign the agreements.
The board adopted Resolution 26-07-07, “Resolution Approving State of Minnesota Joint Powers Agreements with the County of Cottonwood on Behalf of its County Attorney,” by unanimous roll call vote. The resolution is on file in the County Coordinator's office per the minutes.
