Committee excuses absentees, approves minutes at special meeting
Committee approved a motion to excuse absent members and unanimously approved minutes from May 28, 2026 during the July 23 special meeting before taking up the UPWP.

At the start of the meeting S2 moved and S4 seconded a motion to excuse members who were not present; the committee voted by voice and the motion carried. The Chair then called for approval of the minutes from the May 28, 2026 meeting; after a motion and second the committee approved the minutes with no comments or opposition.
