As part of the FY27 UPWP presentation, S4 identified a proposed $40,000 annual cost for a new transportation data-management software with a three-year license and said the program is necessary before entering vendor agreements. S4 itemized smaller task allocations: $10,000 for general data administration, $10,000 for short-range planning, and $5,000 for MTP monitoring/model updates.
