District projects kindergarten class in low-to-mid 20s despite small overall dips

"22 to 23 for kindergarten next year is what we'll look to start up," the staff member said, and noted preschool numbers are being reviewed to refine outreach and planning.
Staff recommended conducting kindergarten roundups in April and said they will monitor waiting lists and family transfer requests; the board discussed logistics and asked staff to return with more detailed enrollment spreadsheets as part of budget planning.
