In the superintendent's enrollment and athletics update, he told the board that statewide reclassification work will affect which leagues Echo competes in. "Echo would be, I think, the largest or the 2nd largest 1 a school in the state under the new classification systems," the superintendent said, and he described likely league partners and how some schools could move to 2A for basketball and volleyball.
