During the bid opening the Clerk paused mid-reading, said "Wait a 2nd," and clarified that a previously read submission should be assigned to a different project. The Clerk stated, "This 1 goes with the sidewalk, actually," and later apologized, saying, "Sorry. I apologize. I'll go back to the our 1st bid, which was for the sidewalk infill project." The Clerk then re-read Midstate Solution of Baxter with a bid of $216,541.18.
