Town to move building-permit processing online and hold staff trainings this summer
Staff said the town is implementing an iWORKS-based online building-permit system, will host staff trainings around July 1, and plans a simplified public web page to help applicants track permit status.

Staff reported work with iWORKS to create an online permit workflow and said the town will host training for staff and county partners once the web forms are finalized. "I am building a web page on our site where all the building permits will be housed," the staff member said, describing automated routing to reviewers and customer notifications so applicants can track progress.
