Marilyn Hladky, Seward County Assessor, presented the Assessor’s Three Year Plan of Assessment at the July 21 meeting. The plan was accepted unanimously on a motion by Commissioner Darrell Zabrocki and seconded by Commissioner Raegan Hain.
Hladky provided an update on her department’s activities and noted that corrected valuation entries — including parcel 800094794 (Kach 508 LLC) — will be included on upcoming Change of Valuation Notices. She also outlined known agenda items for the Board of Equalization’s July 28 meeting.
