Administrator reports Holley Hall deconstruction, Bristol East water project progress and library MOU work
Town Administrator Gregory Faust reported deconstruction at Holley Hall and the library is proceeding well; a preconstruction meeting for the Bristol East water project has been held and the water line replacement received a Regional Prioritization ranking of Number 2; work continues on an MOU to absorb the Lawrence Memorial Library effective July 1, 2026.

Town Administrator Gregory Faust updated the Selectboard that deconstruction work at Holley Hall and the Library is progressing well. He said there is potential through Efficiency Vermont for discounts on equipment to be installed and reported a preconstruction meeting for the Bristol East water project to work through phasing and internal financing.
