A council member introduced a Council Member Initiative seeking to pedestrianize portions of the City Market area, including permanent closure of Wall Street and Little Market Street adjacent to the City Market building and a pilot closure of Market Street between Campbell Avenue and Church Avenue for expanded outdoor service areas and events.
