Staff describes e-bike/e-scooter education program; board asks about enforcement

Board Member Andy Mielke asked how much enforcement is occurring. Peterson replied that inappropriate use "was being addressed and education was offered by the police department," and that staff would continue to coordinate outreach and enforcement as needed.
