A staff member raised concerns about immunization-tracking systems, saying staff have to consult up to four different systems — ImTrax, the old system, PCC and the county's Thrive system — to verify immunization records. The staff member said the fragmentation has "really increased the probability of vaccine error" and that staff must "really dig" to reconcile records.
