The River Ridge Community Development District Board on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025‑02 to elect its officers for the coming term. The slate—Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair, with Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill named as assistant secretaries—was nominated by Supervisor Terry Mountford and approved on a motion seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal; the minutes state the vote was "with all in favor."
