On May 11, 2026 the Town of Proctor Selectboard voted to approve a municipal resolution related to Tier 1B mapping and authorized the board chair to sign the document. Albert Wenta, a Selectboard member, moved the resolution and Linda Doty seconded; the motion passed by a 4–1 majority.
