Trustee Hagerty criticizes administration for missing 60-day DGBA policy return

Trustee Hagerty told the board he would vote as he had previously because administration had not returned proposed policy language for board policy DGBA within the 60-day timeframe the board had requested when the item was placed on the May 28 agenda. "That was return proposed policy language within 60 days for the board policy DGBA that was placed on the agenda May 28, which would make 60 days July 27th," he said, adding that timing constraints and meeting-notice requirements make it unlikely the language could be returned within that window.
