The Carlin City Council voted unanimously July 9 to transfer the city’s 2025 private activity bond volume cap to the Nevada Rural Housing Authority. Mayor Dana Holbrook said he was "comfortable moving forward" after NRHA’s presentation and the council adopted Resolution #2025-12 without objection.
