Town staff and the development team briefed the committee on the Northpointe proposal — a public–private workforce-housing partnership for approximately 11.337 acres near William Hilton Parkway. Ben Brown (Director of Strategic Initiatives) said the plan calls for 157 multifamily units with a mix of 1–3 bedrooms, high-quality amenities and affordability covenants intended to keep at least 50% of units in the workforce range in perpetuity under a 65‑year ground lease.
