Altamont utility staff told the council they replaced seven meters with faded displays, repaired a smashed culvert at the fire department alley joining 5th Street, and repaired a wiring harness that had kept a dump truck’s batteries from charging. Staff re-took sewer samples after a lab backlog caused the first set not to be tested.
