Administrator outlines next steps for community campus project, including RFPs and charter

Administrator Gadow updated the council on the community campus project, describing ongoing work on a project charter that will define roles and responsibilities for the library, senior center and city hall and related governing entities. Gadow said the charter recently went to the Committee on Aging, will go to the library board in the coming week, and will return to the council for review on August 4.
