Developer seeks rezone on Willamette Drive parcels, commission asks for more data

Diana Vasharova, representing the Tilton commercial development team, requested a comprehensive-plan amendment and rezone for two parcels at 3202 and 3220 Willamette Drive NE (about 1.8 acres) from neighborhood commercial to high-density residential. Vasharova said the site has been marketed for commercial use without viable tenants and pointed to adjacent multifamily developments, including Tilton Apartments, which she said "leased up quickly" after completion in 2024.
