District Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the public hearing on Resolution 2024‑08, which would determine benefit and impose special assessments for FY2024/2025. The Board opened the hearing; no property owners spoke. The Board directed staff to delete all references to "Exhibit B" on Page 2 and throughout the document. On motion by Mr. Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Robert Twombly, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 2024‑08 as amended, certifying the assessment roll and authorizing collection and enforcement procedures.
