Board approves Pelican Sound master signage replacement plan

The Board approved Bowman Consulting Group's proposal to replace neighborhood monuments and other signage across the CDD, with costs for neighborhood monument replacements charged to Pelican Sound replacement reserves.
Eric Long presented Bowman Consulting Group's proposal for landscape architecture services to replace monuments and master signage throughout the CDD. He said the scope includes neighborhood monuments, some of which are foam and some stone, and that some monuments will be relocated; the Southern Hills monument placement will change.
The Board approved the Bowman proposal on a unanimous motion. Mr. Krebs noted the work will be budgeted under Pelican Sound replacement reserves and that the firm can coordinate monument elements to keep a consistent appearance. Information and renderings will be provided to neighborhoods when appropriate.
