River Ridge CDD authorizes RG Architects for gatehouse redesign; design to precede 2026 construction financing
The Board authorized Bowman to retain RG Architects as a subconsultant to redesign two gatehouses, approved booking a $62,500 design cost as a reimbursable deferred cost to be invoiced when the CDD issues financing, and set design/permitting at 12–18 months with construction anticipated in 2026.
