Preliminary plan review for Griffo subdivision deferred after required materials not submitted

The Development Review Board declined to advance Joe Griffo’s Preliminary Plan Review after the applicant’s representative, Joe Honkala, confirmed the required materials were not submitted for the March 17 meeting. The DRB had asked at the prior meeting for a plan showing a potential house site and septic site on Lot 2 and a road-access profile; only a road profile had been delivered to the Planning Administrator prior to the meeting.
Because the necessary site and septic illustrations and a plan showing road access to Lot 2 were absent, the board could not proceed to the next review stage. Griffo and Honkala acknowledged the outstanding items and said they would coordinate with their surveyor and the Planning Administrator, Alexandra Babicki, to submit them before scheduling a third Preliminary Plan Review.
