The Committee reviewed two 2026–2027 operator license applications during the June 24 meeting. Kayla Diamond’s background check showed open court cases that remain pending; the Committee recommended approving her operators’ license while noting the pending cases. Melaya Sexton’s background check revealed charged and pending cases, and the Committee judged the charged cases alone to be sufficient grounds to deny her application.
