Director Millar presented the proposed FY26–27 fee schedule and outlined a number of changes since June. After public-hearing procedures (no public comments were offered), Council member Scott Bauer moved to adopt the resolution establishing various fees and service charges for the fiscal year; the motion received a second and passed with three yes votes.
