Council staff told the committee the County Executive recommends an $18,622 increase (about 4.99%) for the Merit System Protection Board, with the entirety of the change attributed to compensation and nondiscretionary operating costs. Staff recommended concurring with the Executive's recommendation and said there are no reconciliation items for MSPB.
