At the Sept. 8 meeting, the Cache Public Schools Board voted 5-0 to declare six district buses associated with an EPA grant as surplus. The motion, made by Mitch Dorrell and seconded by Scott Messner, designated three buses as salvage (do not run) and three as surplus.
