During committee business the board approved three programmatic items for the 2026-27 school year. The board voted to approve a contract with Quality Choice Testing for student drug testing; the motion passed 5-0. The district also approved an E-Rate resolution authorizing filing Form 471 with the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Program for 2026-27, enabling the district to seek federal support for eligible telecommunications and internet services. Finally, the board approved a Youth Medical Mentorship club at the high school for 2026-27; that motion passed unanimously.
