Visit Montgomery presented industry data and a program update as the committee considered whether to accept the County Executive's recommended inflationary adjustment in FY27. Staff noted hotel‑motel tax revenue has not fully recovered to pre‑pandemic levels and the County Executive recommended an increase (inflation adjustment) on top of the 7% mandated pass‑through to Visit Montgomery.
