Council asks town attorney to draft Section 6 charter amendment language
Councilman Ryan Comer reported that the ordinance committee agreed a revision to Section 6 of the Town charter is needed and the council voted to have Town Attorney Paul Cassell draft the proposed language for council consideration.

Councilman Ryan Comer told the April 22 work session that Section 6 of the Town charter requires revision and that his ordinance committee supported the change. On motion by Comer, seconded by Suzanne Abramson, the council voted to have Town Attorney Paul Cassell draft the change for review at a future meeting.
