Council voted to approve Resolution 1881, which authorizes the mayor to execute Amendment #1 to the provision of services agreement with the Chamber of Commerce to provide additional funding for July 4 parade security. The city clerk read the resolution title and Parks Director Lina Hicks described how the already-authorized $15,000 would be allocated.
