The Lawrence County Board adopted resolution O4-26-O2 to take the state's revised Regulation 43 on on-site wastewater treatment systems into local effect. "So this is resolution number O4Dash26DashO2," staff member (speaker 4) said while introducing the item, explaining the county's practice of adopting the full state regulation by reference and the presence of an appendix with optional checkbox items the county may choose to adopt.
