The Board recorded that Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) has an executed contract to remove vegetation on NWRA 33 near Rolling Hills Loop and that vegetation removal is already underway. District Engineer Kurt Heath will inspect the area and coordinate any necessary repairs to drainage or adjacent infrastructure.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a separate tree issue behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; Mr. Heath's initial inspection indicated the partially dead oak is located on another resident's property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not on CDD-owned easements. Mr. Heath said he will inspect the area again. The Board directed follow-up inspections and coordination with ESF where work affects CDD infrastructure.
