Council approves contractor pay estimates for local projects
The Morton council approved Pay Estimate #4 for OSG Dozing and Pay Estimate #3 for Granite Construction, authorizing progress payments to contractors working on city projects. Both motions were moved and seconded and recorded as "all in favor."

Council approved two contractor pay estimates during the Dec. 23 meeting: OSG Dozing Pay Estimate #4 and Granite Construction Pay Estimate #3. The motions were moved (OSG Dozing by Councilman Jason Sawyer) and seconded (by Councilwoman Caro Johnson); both were recorded as "all in favor."
