The Yuma County Board of Supervisors voted to set the Constable, Precinct No. 1 salary at $75,000 and to amend the Constable, Precinct No. 2 salary to $65,000 effective January 1, 2027. The action derives from A.R.S. — 11-424.01 A and C, which governs constable salaries and allows adjustments during the budget process; the motion (Reyes/Pancrazi) carried 5-0.
