Staff member opened the meeting and urged members to finalize availability so the county could write the draft area plans in November and December. "We should have draft area plans available for review, probably either end of December or beginning of January," the staff member said. They asked members to complete a Doodle poll to schedule at least one virtual and one in‑person planning meeting and noted two in‑person mapping sessions at the Board of Supervisors chambers in Lakeport.
