Rep. Pickett presented SCR 118 on March 3, saying the resolution "formally recognize[s] the vital economic and hydrologic contributions of Idaho Water Resource Board District 3, encompassing the Magic Valley and Wood River Basins." Rep. Miller moved to send the resolution to the floor with a DO PASS recommendation; the motion carried by voice vote.
